- Your child must meet the minimum age requirement for class by 8/31/26. For the 2.5 -3’s class children must turn two by 3/1/26. For Mixed Age, children must turn three by 3/1/26
- Infants up to 6 months are allowed only in front packs and only in Parent/Tot, 2’s, 2.5-3’s so please plan accordingly.
- Class placements are made on a first come, first-served basis for board members, current members in good standing**, alumni and new members in that priority.
- We make every effort to honor class placement requests, but first choices are NOT guaranteed.
- Notification of class placement will be given before the end of March.
- $100 non-refundable registration fee is due at time of class placement to accept/hold your seat.
- Registration for current members will be live starting at 7:30 a.m. on 2/19
- Registration for current members will be live starting at 11:00 a.m. on 2/21
**Good standing is defined as current members who are up to date on tuition payments, fundraising responsibilities, and have at least five Parent Ed credits by registration time.
Fee breakdown:
Tuition - billed monthly, see above chart. First and last month's tuition due with registration
Bates fee - billed quarterly, see above chart. One fee per household. Does not apply to parent-tot.
Registration fee - $100 per form - multiple children can be on the same registration form. Fee is non-refundable and due at time of registration to hold you spot in the class.
Supply fee - $100 supply fee for the first student and additional students in the same household will only be charged $25. This fee is split between two payments, one is Sept and the other in Jan. The supply fee does not apply to parent-tot classes.
